PREAMBLE
1.1 The (PCC)pledges its commitment to a progressive, non-racial, non-sexist, non-exploitative, united
and affluent South Africa.
1.2 We endeavour to promote national peace, social cohesion and stability through influence and
education.
1.3 PCC Is a non-political organization.
2. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
PCC commits to the attainment of the following goals:
2.1 Reconstruction and development in South Africa.
2.2 Fair distribution of wealth.
2.3 Creation of effective structures for fair distribution of economic opportunities.
2.4 Eradication of poverty, unemployment and inequality.
2.5 Fighting for free education and access to tertiary institution.
2.6 Industrialization of previously disadvantaged areas.
3. MEMBERSHIP
3.1 PCC is constituted by the paid up members who are residents of South Africa.
4. RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF MEMBERS
4.1 A member has the right to:
4.1.1Participate actively in the discussion, formulation and implementation of the policies of PCC.
4.1.2Elect or be elected or appointed to any structure of the organization unless such a member has
been suspended, or disqualified in terms of the constitution.
4.1.3 Submit proposals to any level of leadership through appropriate structures.
4.2 A member shall have the duty to:
4.2.1 Help build a conscious society that understands its rights and freedoms.
4.2.2 Fight discrimination of any form.
4.2.3 Combat propaganda detrimental to the interest of PCC.
4.2.4Be actively involved in the life of the branch.
5. THE HEADQUARTERS
5.1 The site of the headquarters IS 72 if Road, Westridge, Durban but it will from time to time be
determined by the NEC
